CLUB Z parties…exciting and fun new parties to come to!!!

CLUB Z parties are currently being held at the new garden apartment complex of your hosts.  The place may be small right now, but it is still a fun place that provides an upscale, discrete, non-pressure atmosphere where our members, guests and friends can meet others with similar interests, socialize and play at your level of comfort. You will find a very sensual, inviting and intimate private house party environment and atmosphere - unlike any other private social club experience in the Central Ohio area currently. Our current parties are  designed to provide an intimate “house party” experience with a highly diverse, interracial and friendly group of professional people in almost 2,000 square feet of floor area.

Because we are a private social club and we are trying to keep our costs more minimal we do not provide any alcoholic beverages for our members, guests or friends. You are welcome to bring your own bottle (BYOB) if you desire to drink alcoholic beverages. We will provide you with coke, pepsi, diet coke, sprite, mountain dew, orange juice, cranberry juice, soda water, tonic water, ice, etc.  All alcoholic beverages are to be consumed inside our home. No open containers are to be removed from our home. No drug use will be tolerated in our home, period. We will have special themes and costume parties like Halloween, Valentines, New Years, Luau and much more. Click on the CALENDAR link for our upcoming parties.

CLUB Z parties’ Future New Home

The future location for your  CLUB Z parties will offer you a very secluded and sensually charged atmosphere for fun and relaxation. Our parties will be unlike any other parties that you have been to. The future new location  for your CLUB Z parties will be in our home that will have over 6,000 square foot of floor area. Our home will be located on a beautiful secluded rural 6-acre wooded lot, the house will sit back over 1,700 feet from the road, in a rural area in the Greater Columbus area. The home will be accessed from a long winding drive and will be nestled in the woods adjacent to an almost 1/2-acre private pond. There will be ample secure lighted parking. The house will be a very unique custom architect designed house.  It will be a highly modern contemporary ranch style home. It will be stucco sided with a standing seam metal roof with lots of sliding glass doors and skylights. When you arrive at our home you will approach the entry over a granite paved  bridge spanning a 25-foot wide by 72-foot long Koi fish filled reflecting pond with fountains. Your hosts will greet you personally at the door. The atmosphere will be very tranquil and inviting with numerous other water features including the entry reflecting pond, a dramatic indoor multilevel cascading water fall, another reflecting pond off of the entertainment patio and sun room with a rock water fall and finally a feature 1/2 acre private pond with a fountain that is the focal point of the entire rear of the house. Also off the entertainment patio will be a cozy “fire pit” and comfortable outdoor seating.  

The interior of our home will just take your breath away. The lighting has been designed to be very romantic. There will be a dance floor area to accommodate 24-28 people in our Great Room. The socialization area will also feature a 12 person custom “conversation pit”  with fabulous lighting effects. Our home will also feature a game area with a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table and dartboard.  You will also find a glass covered screened hot tub area with a 6-8 person hot tub for your bathing pleasure and a 3-4 person sauna. We have decided to keep the guest size small, even after the move into our new home. We will limit the parties to no more than 50-75 guests to insure that we maintain the intimate private “House Party” atmosphere and experience. 

The unofficial center of the party will be the kitchen and bar area. As always, like in our current location,  it is the hub of the activity at the parties. Complimentary soft drinks and mixers will be provided. We will also provide a wide variety of  hot food and snacks all evening. Breakfast will be served to all of our overnight guests, as it always has been when we started hosting parties over  8 years ago.  

New Home Progress Update

Your hosts finally sold their house in Cleveland in June 2008. We completed site preparation for the new house in the summer/fall of 2008. We  started construction June 1, 2009 and plan  to be complete by the end of May 2010. We will keep you posted on our progress in this section of the tour as work proceeds from time to time.

Mid December 2009 Update: We have completed everything up to and including hanging the drywall as you will see in the photos below. We are still right on schedule for completion by the end of  May 2010.Thru

For those of you that have visited the tour page before and saw the entire home and the floor plan, we are sorry that we have removed those images from the web site. We decided that we should only include images of the interior of the home going forward to insure that we are as anonymous as possible about our new home and its location.
